Refund policy

  1. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@theworksny.com with your order number.

    Return eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging (and tags if applicable)

    We may request photos to help approve returns faster.

    Free return shipping

    If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

    Used / Worn / Damaged returns

    If an item is returned and shows signs of wear, use, damage, odors, stains, or is missing original packaging/tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If refused, we can ship the item back to you at your expense.

    Damages & issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@theworksny.com so we can make it right.

    Non-returnable items

    We do not accept returns for gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
