We ship from New York. Orders are packed and out the door within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count.

Rates

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. There's no flat fee and no handling charge.

Transit

Standard US delivery usually lands in 3 to 5 business days after it ships. Faster carrier options are priced live at checkout if you need it sooner.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label scans. If it hasn't moved in 48 hours, that's usually a carrier backlog, not a lost package. Give it a day, then write to us.

International

We ship to most of Europe, Canada, Australia, and a handful of other markets. Rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are your responsibility. We don't mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.

Wrong address

Check your address before you submit. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll email you and reship to a corrected address once the new postage is covered.

Lost or damaged

Tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and send a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll sort it out.
